Il fournit des analyses approfondies, élabore des rapports détaillés et soutient la prise de décisions stratégiques. Ce poste requiert une forte capacité analytique, une rigueur professionnelle et d’excellentes compétences en communication.Ce rôle contribue à la division Electrification d'ABB Canada et est basé à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.Le modèle de travail est principalement en présentiel, avec entre 4 et 5 jours par semaine au bureau.ResponsabilitésAnalyser les résultats et les rapports de gestion.Élaborer et suivre les budgets annuels.Préparer des prévisions financières et des analyses de rentabilité.Identifier et évaluer les risques financiers.Maîtrise des coûts standards : capacité à établir, analyser et ajuster les coûts standardsOptimisation des processus de calcul des coûts : aptitude à collaborer avec la production et la comptabilité pour améliorer la précision des coûts.Fournir des recommandations stratégiques à la direction.Assurer la conformité avec les normes comptables et réglementaires.Développer des modèles financiers et réaliser des analyses comparatives.Surveiller les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI).Présenter les résultats financiers aux parties prenantes.Participer à l’amélioration des processus financiers et à des projets transversaux.Compétences et qualifications requisesDiplôme universitaire en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe.Expérience significative en analyse financière (5+ ans).Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels financiers (Excel).Excellentes compétences analytiques et organisationnelles.Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais.Bonnes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale.Esprit critique et sens du détail.Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. L'anglais est nécessaire pour communiquer avec des clients à l'extérieur du Québec.Qualités personnellesCapacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.Leadership et influence pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.Proactivité et sens de l’initiative.Adaptabilité dans un environnement en constante évolution.Collaboration et travail d’équipe : aptitude à travailler efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (finance, opérations, production) pour atteindre les objectifs communs et favoriser un climat de coopération.
