Responsibilities Material Handling: Load, unload, and move precast concrete products using cranes, forklifts, or other equipment.Yard Organization: Maintain proper storage and dunnage placement of finished products.Inspection: Check products for damage before loading and report any issues.Equipment Operation: Safely operate yard cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed). Perform checks and basic maintenance on forklift, shunt truck and front loader.Housekeeping: Keep yard clean and organized; remove debris and maintain safe working conditions.Assist Production: Support plant operations when required, including moving forms or materials.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards materials around the site or storage facility as needed. Complete additional task as assigned by supervisors.Requirements Must have own transportation (no public transportation available) Ability to communicate in basic English (Both verbal and written)Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor. Previous experience in the concrete and/or construction industry considered an asset. Some experience operating front end loader, forklift and shunt truck considered an asset. Must be familiar with and adhere to service requirements, equipment and operator limitations and safe operating procedures. Ability to handle light and heavy loads. CSA approved 8” steel toe boots Willingness to work long shifts and extra hours Commitment to following company safety protocols and quality standards.
