We are looking for a Re-Packaging Associate to join our team in Winnipeg. This position requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to meet daily performance targets in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer: Salary: $17.15/hrJob Type/Shift: Full time hoursWhat You'll Do: Open bulk packages and repackage items into smaller units according to specifications.Seal and label packages accurately for shipment.Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with packaging standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily KPIs and production goals.What We're Looking For: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic math and measurement skills.CSA-approved safety footwear and high-visibility safety vest required.Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, or fulfillment environment is an asset.Strong work ethic: consistently show up on time and strive to perform at your best every day.Our team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
