Olympia’s staff are expected to model values such as caring, cooperation, enthusiasm, integrity, self- leadership, commitment & teamwork.  Role Summary This is a Senior Staff role. As a senior staff member they are responsible for assisting with training, supervising and supporting staff across camp. The head of fitness is responsible for scheduling, developing and facilitating fitness sessions for sport sessions. They will communicate with session coaches to determine what type of activities are requested for the session.  Key Responsibilities Schedule fitness sessions Facilitate fitness sessions Exemplify and uphold Olympia’s core values of safety, teamwork, and respect at all times. Contribute to a positive and energetic camp culture for both campers and staff. Engage directly with campers, staff, and parents/guardians to ensure a high-quality experience. Qualifications Required: Current First Aid and CPR certifications Experience developing fitness programs Experience working with youth Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic camp environment. Preferred: Personal trainer certifications or similar Supervisor experience What We Offer Competitive salary with room and board included.
