Assistant Pharmacy Manager

Ready to be a part of this exhilarating journey? Your Mission: Supervision and training of the pharmacy teamAssists the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing all day to day operations of the pharmacy, including workflow management, incident reports, overseeing inventory and other processes.Ensure excellence in all patient and stakeholder touch points.Enhance productivity within pharmacy team by delegating tasks and overseeing the quality of workWhat You Bring to the Table:  Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in British ColumbiaMinimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy and people leadership experienceExperience working or managing in a specialty environment is considered a strong asset.Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook (Email), and Word.Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
