You’ll shape vibrant communities, drive innovation, and deliver a seamless experience from first visit.A Strong Team Behind YouWork alongside our Marketing team on lead generation, community campaigns, and immersive sales events. You’ll also support buyers through the design and selections process, ensuring clarity, confidence, and care at every step.What You’ll Do:Represent Fusion Homes as the first point of contact in our Presentation Centre and Model HomesBuild trusted relationships with buyers and realtors through personalized, consultative engagementGuide customers through the homebuying and design journey with professionalism and empathyAchieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a top-tier customer experiencePrepare and present documentation with accuracy and attention to detailEnsure Presentation Centres and Model Homes are always presentation-readyMaintain accurate CRM tracking and provide weekly sales reportingAttend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings at our Guelph Head OfficeWhat You Bring:Proven success in professional sales, with a record of building trust and driving resultsExperience in preconstruction and/or condominium sales, with a strong understanding of the new home buying process (preferred)Experience in high-value, customer-focused sales environments (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, or related industries)A natural ability to influence and inspire confident purchasing decisionsPassion for design and aesthetics, with a genuine interest in helping customers realize their visionDiscipline, resilience, and a relentless drive to succeedFlexibility to work evenings and weekendsPlease note: This role requires full-time commitment and exclusivity.
