Perform financial analysis to support capital investment decisions, including lease vs. buy evaluations and ROI analysis for upcoming and completed projects.Prepare and distribute monthly capital project spend reports and complete quarterly reporting related to fixed assets, capital expenditures, and asset sales.Support annual financial processes, including coordinating the fixed asset review with country operations, preparing capital budgets, and gathering documentation for the external audit.Assist management with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
