As a member of our dynamic team, you will play an integral role supporting new and existing clients with service needs as well as encouraging them to consult with our fully licensed Prospr Advisors who will provide holistic Life, Health and Wealth solutions.You are an effective communicator who possesses outstanding customer service skills and consistently demonstrates professionalism? You are a solution oriented and use active listening to understand client needs and provide tailored and timely recommendations; and you thrive in a work environment committed to continuous improvement, personal growth, and professional development? apply today.What will you do?Answer calls from our existing Prospr block of clients with the goal of fulfilling their service needsMake outbound calls to clients who have submitted service requests; service requests include but are not limited to policy level changes, beneficiary changes, and account reviewsMake outbound calls to new and existing clients to identify new sales opportunities and offer financial planning servicesManage the death claims process and fulfill outstanding death claimsSupport and triage clients entering the Prospr platform through the chat functionWhat do you need to succeed?Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and rapportExperience in blended or outbound Call Centre or telephone serviceKnowledge / experience within the financial services industryStrong relationship building and problem solving skillsAvailability on a variable schedule Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pmAbility to leverage digital tools to create engaging client interactionsAdaptable and resourcefulWhat will be nice to have: Investment Funds in Canada (Mutual Funds/“IFIC” or CIFC) or the Life Insurance License (“LLQP”)Knowledge of Sun Life Individual Insurance and Investment productsExperience using Salesforce.com for client relationship management platform (CRM)What’s in it for you?
