Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.About the roleWe are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic coordinator to join our Montreal recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with an in-house recruitment function.What you’ll do:Supporting the recruitment teams in MontrealManaging the candidate database and ensuring information is accurate and up-to-dateScheduling interviewsAssisting with coordinating, events and job fairsOwnership of the teams' social networking presence and ensuring we provide regular updatesAssisting with sourcing activity for hard-to-fill roles worldwideExperience interpreting metrics and translating data into actionable insightsGeneral administration as requiredWhat we’re looking for:A keen interest in developing a career within recruitmentAn interest in visual effects would be a bonusProficient with general MS Office, Google Suite and email applicationsExperience with ATS systems and on-line networking platformsExperience working with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, ATS reporting, or BI dashboardsThe ability to learn and adapt quicklyStrong organizational skillsEffective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externallyExcellent attention to detail and pride and quality of outputExperience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multitaskWillingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approachCustomer-focused with the ability to deliver against expectationsAble to work on own initiativeMust be bilingual, French & EnglishApplication ProcessTo apply, please complete the linked application form or submit your resume and portfolio to with the subject line: [Recruitment Coordinator - MTL]Accessibility StatementOur Montreal studio has universal access, with step-free entry, accessible toilets, and quiet spaces available.
