The Opportunity As Production Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You will oversee production schedules, manage teams, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and optimize resources. What You Will Do Plan, organize, and oversee manufacturing operations to meet production targets. Develop and optimize production schedules to ensure efficiency and timely delivery. Monitor and enhance quality control while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Manage resources (materials, labor, equipment) to improve cost efficiency. Lead and mentor staff, ensuring training and development to drive performance. Implement continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity. Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, maintenance, logistics) for smooth operations.And any other related tasks as requiredWhat You Will Bring 10+ years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.Experience in nitrile glove manufacturingStrong expertise in manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, production schedules, and workforce planning. Experience with Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).What We OfferCompetitive salary.
