E&I General Foreperson

Job DescriptionAs an E&I General Foreperson with Electrical and/or Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket, you’ll leverage your expertise to oversee precise E&I projects in Saskatchewan. You will play a key role within the site operations team, reporting directly to the Superintendent. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your crew(s), ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all project activities. This role provides strong on-site leadership through coordinating work, supervising personnel, and maintaining a consistent and fair application of all company policies and procedures. You will champion a safe work environment, support compliance with operational standards, and foster a positive team culture through clear communication, coaching, and accountability.
