Responsibilities • Full Cycle Accounts Payable • Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system • Bank reconciliations • Inter-company invoicing • Courier and phone costing • Running and updating various reports • Reconciling supplier statements • Visa card reconciliations • Preparing accounts receivable report • Weekly cheque printing • Client progress billings • Subcontract administration • Creation and management of Ad Hoc Reports • Miscellaneous support to Accounting teamQualifications What you will bring to the role:   • Currently enrolled in an Accounting diploma/degree program. • Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, and spreadsheet applications. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. • Ability to perform multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working Conditions:   • Successful applicants must be able to provide their own CSA approved steel toed boots and be willing to take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test.
