Proactively develop new business and client relationships. Maintain flexibility to meet clients at their convenience. Essential Qualifications: Valid Quebec Mortgage Broker License (Mandatory). 3-5+ years of proven mortgage underwriting experience. Strong technological proficiency, particularly within a Mac environment and using various software platforms. Excellent bilingual communication skills (French/English). Highly motivated, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines. Benefits Competitive base salary ($70-90K) with a performance-based bonus structure.
