Senior Learning Experience Designer

Position Overview As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our customers to unlock the full potential of Autodesk products and platforms. You’ll work closely with product experts, customer success teams, and content developers to create scalable, engaging, and effective learning solutions that drive product adoption and customer success.ResponsibilitiesDesign customer-centric learning experiences that support onboarding, skill development, and advanced product and platform usageCollaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into clear, engaging learning materialsDevelop engaging learning experiences that leverage the latest techniques to drive strong learning outcomesApply instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and effectiveUse data and customer feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and measure impactPartner with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with customer journeys and business goalsStay current with trends in learning technology, UX design, and customer educationMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience designing learning experiences for external audiences, preferably in a SaaS or technology environmentProficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and video editing softwareExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standardsStrong communication and project management skillsAbility to simplify complex product features into digestible learning contentLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $101,000 and $138,930. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
