Summer Students are responsible for providing support to our teams at Richardson Pioneer and for supporting the efficient and profitable operation of our Ag Business Centres.Responsibilities: Assist with crop input retail activitiesScout crops for weeds, disease and insectsSoil & tissue testingAssist with the purchase, storage and shipping of grainOperate equipment in a safe and efficient mannerProvide excellent customer service to our farm customersQualifications: Strong interest and knowledge of Agriculture Highly self-motivated, organized and detail orientedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStudents or graduates of an Agriculture degree or diploma program focusing on Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science  A valid driver's licence is requiredAgriculture background is considered an asset but not requiredRichardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.
