Innovation is part of our core values; and we encourage new ideas whether they are big or small.Job Description:The Technical Sales Specialist supports both inside and external sales activities by managing customer accounts, coordinating technical documentation, and ensuring efficient sales operations. This role works closely with customers and internal teams (Sales, R&D, Operations, Logistics, and Finance) to support business development initiatives and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities (tasks, duties):Technical Sales / Customer Care ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with R&D team to develop customer focused experimental design matrices to assess NanoXplore graphene technology. Generate and help analyze sales reports (product, volume, revenue, profit) for management and other business functionsWork with Business Development Managers to develop and enter formal R&D resource requestsInteract with Regulatory, Quality, Production, and Finance teams to execute documentation needed for on-boarding customersCustomer interface on key technical documents for safety, regulatory, and production specifications SDS/TDS/CoA.Become proficient with NanoXplore ERP & CRM systems to retrieve critical data, input customers, process order entries, and generate reports.Coordinate with Payables on customer credit applications and invoice follow-up with customer. Coordination with logistics on shipment timing/quotes/updating sales ordersExternal Sales ResponsibilitiesSupport Business Development Managers with key customers as neededSchedule plant toursSchedule customer meetingsBuild / update customer presentations with R&DAid account follow-ups with inactive customer pursuitsParticipate in regional customer visitsParticipate in regional customer visitsDevelop relationships with regional customersRequired qualifications:Training, degrees :Bachelor of Science or Engineering, or similar technical degreeExperience, knowledge:5 years customer-facing experience in Chemicals, Polymers, Materials or relatedSpecific qualifications :Skills, aptitudes:Bilingualism (French-English) is required, as the successful candidate will regularly interact with contacts outside of Quebec;Outgoing customer-oriented personalityTechnically astute. Familiar with performance test design matrices, statistics, and analytical methods.Flexible and able to multi-taskAttitudes: Results Oriented – persistent in delivering results in a matrixed organization.Adaptability – Ability to sell multiple products with changing priorities and goals.
