Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives. Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop optimized workflows and processes that align with best practices and business objectives.​ Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Configure Salesforce in lower environments to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency. Design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while maximizing system capabilities. Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure that solutions meet user expectations and requirements. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize Salesforce. Create user documentation and training materials to facilitate onboarding and ongoing support. Work closely with developers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Participate in testing and validation of new features and enhancements. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Participate with Salesforce Product Owner Team in triaging and categorizing daily support queries related to user access, data transformation, analytics, new functionalities, bugs, and project related tasks. Collaborate in administrating the focal management processes How to thrive in this role? You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Technology Management, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus. You have five (5) + years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce. You have proven experience in gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, and managing projects. You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. You have project management and change management skills You are proficient in Salesforce and have familiarity with CRM best practices. You have knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
