Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfaces.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Clear snow from entrance and sidewalk using snow removal equipment’sApplying ice melting and traction rocks ensuring walkways and pathways are safeMaintain all entrance, exit and sidewalkKeep accurate records of service and reportInspections of equipment Pre/Post snow clearingAny other duties as required by the site managerSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methodsWHMIS Certification is an assetPhysical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel and bendAbility to lift, push and pull required load (up to 50lbs)Must be physically fit and able to work long hours outdoorMust be able to work a flexible and unpredictable scheduleREQUIREMENTS:Ability to pass Canadian Background CheckA valid Drivers LicenseBEST is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
