The firm offers balanced workloads, strong internal collaboration, and a stable environment where technical expertise is valued and trusted.About the RoleOur client is seeking a technically strong Architectural Technologist with advanced Revit skills and a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience working within architectural firms. The role involves supporting and leading technical documentation and coordination across multifamily residential, commercial, civic, and community projects. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and construction teams, contributing to high quality drawing sets and supporting projects from permit through construction.This role is well suited to someone who is confident in Revit, comfortable working across multiple building types, and enjoys problem solving, coordination, and collaboration within a studio environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage architectural drawings in Revit across all project phasesSupport permit and construction document packages with a high level of technical accuracyCoordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil consultantsAssist with construction phase support including RFIs, shop drawings, and site coordinationContribute to technical detailing for building envelope, structural systems, and interiorsParticipate in site reviews and project meetings as requiredMaintain clear, organized documentation and proactive communication across project teamsApply working knowledge of BCBC and municipal requirements throughout project deliveryQualificationsDiploma in Architectural Technology or a Bachelors or Masters of ArchitectureMinimum 5 years of post graduate experience within architectural firmsStrong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed drawing setsExperience on multifamily residential, commercial, civic, or community projectsSolid technical understanding of wood frame and concrete constructionStrong coordination, communication, and problem solving skillsOrganized, reliable, and collaborative with a long term mindsetWhat Is On OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsA stable, collaborative studio with long term career potentialExposure to all project phases in the multifamily residential, commercial, civic, and community sectorsSupportive leadership and a people first studio cultureMeaningful responsibility and room to grow technically within the firmIf you are a Revit strong architectural technologist looking for a well rounded role in a respected Okanagan based practice, we would love to connect.Apply today or reach out directly to Dara at dchita@talentsphere.ca to learn more.Job #16816069
