In this role, as part of a two-person team, you’ll be the backbone of our order picking and shipping fulfillment process, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and that they are shipped promptly. You'll work closely with all our external warehouses, our finance team, and other internal team members to maintain smooth and efficient order execution, with a focus on efficiency, communication, and timeliness.Job Responsibilities:Order picking and packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements using RF scanners. Shipping and Receiving: prepare shipments, load/unload trucks, Verify incoming/outgoing inventory.Production Support: Assist in assembly, labeling and quality control as needed. Inventory Management: Maintain organized stock, perform counts and report discrepancies.Equipment operation: Safely Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, reach truck). Safety and Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and keep work areas clean and Hazard-free.Requirements:Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 60lbs stand/walk for extended periods of time and work in the heat. Basic Math and computer skills- excel and outlook skills preferred.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Forklift Certification a plus (or a willingness to be trained).Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
