Job Description Summary: Are you a natural communicator with a passion for people, sales, and service? As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, first point of contact for prospective residents—guiding them from inquiry to move-in while showcasing the benefits of our vibrant communities. This is a people-first, on-the-move role where your charm, organization, and sales savvy help drive leasing success and build thriving, happy communities.Salary: $58,000 base salary plus $150.00 commission for each rented unitWhat You’ll Get To Do:Greet prospective residents warmly and guide them through property toursHighlight apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood perksRespond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads promptlyAssist with lease applications, background checks, and lease signingMaintain accurate records in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)Ensure model units and tour paths are clean, staged, and welcomingSupport digital marketing and outreach efforts, including social media and listingsParticipate in resident events to promote engagement and retentionCollaborate with team members to hit leasing goals and improve strategiesWho You Are :College or University Diploma preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or customer servicePreferred knowledge/experience in Property ManagementStrong communication and customer service skillsGoal-oriented mindset with proven ability to close salesOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, RentCafe, AppFolio) preferred; strong computer proficiency and willingness to learn are equally valuedValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredGreenwin Corp. is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce representative of the communities we serve and providing an accessible environment.
