Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate Flexible hours that fit your lifestyleExciting, hands-on projectsIndependent Contractor Status – Enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of an IC roleWhat You’ll Do:Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan Ensures negotiated footprint is respectedManage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocksUpdate expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tastingMerchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelinesClean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso teamBe a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.What You Bring:Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car requiredStrong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.Good problem solving and time management skillsDetail-oriented, reliable, and friendlyAbility to self-manage remotelyMust have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reportsSome physical labor required (up to 50lbs)Apply now and bring brands to life with usMatch Retail is a certified Great Place to Work® in Canada Interview ProcessOur recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.Step 1: Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.Step 2: Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.Step 3: Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.AI DisclosureWe use AI-assisted tools to help screen resumes for key skills and minimum requirements relevant to the role.
