Here, you will make an impact by:Leading as the Regional Distribution Leader for assigned distributor partner accounts in Southern Ontario CanadaDetermining direction and priorities with full accountability for results for assigned distributor partner accountsIdentifying and defining market/product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives, i.e. category management and shelf conversionBuilding strong distributor partner and customer relationshipsBuild and implement Joint Business Plan with channel partnersManage Customer Incentive Plan and process with channel partnersManaging sales targets for territory within the sales function, including contract sales, field sales, sales support, sales reporting, business intelligence, customer relationship management, territory planning/mapping/ forecasting, sales prospecting, sales rep issue resolution, sales inquiries, sample orders, order expedites, and CRM entriesCompany VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High school diploma or CAEC - Canadian Adult Education Credential (completed and verified prior to start)Five (5) years of customer service, account management, outside or inside sales, or channel/distributor partner experience in a private, public, government or military environmentCurrent, valid Driver’s License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Experience in solution selling and problem-solvingAbility to business planInfluential management skillsKnowledge of distribution, and ability to work cross functionallySalesforce.Com experience is desired.Work location:  Field Sales- Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON Travel: May include up to 35% in regionRelocation Assistance: May be authorized3M Canada welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
