We are seeking a strategic AI Solutions Specialist for a national sales enablement team within a leading Canadian technology provider. This role drives customer transformation by commercializing advanced AI infrastructure and proprietary services.The portfolio includes AI-powered SaaS, AI inference, training, and tuning services, and custom solutions for strategic enterprise clients. This is a high-impact position requiring a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to translate complex business needs into viable technical roadmaps and solutions across all major sectors.Locations Available:- Halifax, Nova Scotia - Moncton, New Brunswick - St. John, NewfoundlandAdvantages- Competitive Compensation: Base salary range of $115,000 to $125,000, plus a generous bonus structure targeted at 55% of the base salary.- Work Arrangement: Hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the office (locally based).- Robust Benefit including paid vacation, flexible healthcare dollars, Registered Savings Plan (RSP). - Impactful Sales: Focusing initially on warm calls and establishing the new solution within the existing customer base, transitioning later to pure territory growth and new client acquisition (a 60% Hunter / 40% Farmer approach).- Significant Deal Size: Average transaction values range from $50,000 to $10 Million.Responsibilities- Spearhead sales engagements for advanced AI infrastructure and services, including managed services (SaaS), deep learning (training/tuning), and operational AI (inference).- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies aligned with the proprietary AI Ecosystem roadmap.- Lead the sales cycle for AI-focused applications and solutions, driving deals with high average value.- Serve as the primary technical-sales POC (Proof of Concept) for regional AI solutions.- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emerging AI/ML trends, competitive landscape, and key partner capabilities.- Educate clients on the strategic value of sovereign, secure AI infrastructure and its direct impact on achieving business outcomes.- Day-to-day activities include presentations, demonstrations, reaching out to existing accounts, and closing solutions.Qualifications- Sales Experience: 5–8 years of successful experience in enterprise technology sales- AI Solution Experience: 2–3 years of direct experience selling AI/ML solutions.- Technical Depth: Must possess a strong foundational understanding of AI full-stack solutions and basic infrastructure terminology to effectively engage technical and executive clientele.- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive complex solution sales and manage multi-faceted partner relationships.- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, public speaking, and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills.SummaryThis is a high-impact, hybrid AI Solutions Architect role focused on driving enterprise digital transformation by selling a portfolio of full-stack AI infrastructure and SaaS solutions for a leading Canadian technology provider. The specialist will primarily target existing clients with new AI offerings, acting as a 60% Hunter / 40% Farmer, and must be adept at communicating the technical and business value of these solutions to all levels, from technical staff to executives. Key requirements include 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience (with 2-3 years in AI solutions), a strong grasp of infrastructure, and the ability to rapidly master a proprietary AI ecosystem.
