Our central Vancouver office makes for a cutting-edge urban practice surrounded by natural wonders that make our design team strive to redefine what is possible. ResponsibilitiesContribute to marketing-focused tasks, such as creating promotional materials, supporting branding initiatives, and managing digital content.Develop presentation drawings and diagrams with support and supervision from experienced architects.Develop architectural design drawings as well as technical and construction drawings with support and supervision from experienced architects.Create 3D renderings and design visual aids.Collaborate with architects, team members, and Project Managers.Support the development of proposals in response to RFPs.QualificationsRequiredCurrently registered at a college or university in an Architecture program.Demonstrated experience with preparation of presentation drawings, diagrams, and 3D renderings.Proven capability in marketing-focused work, including at least one of: creating promotional materials, supporting branding initiatives, or managing digital content (., web, social, or portfolio platforms).Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft 365.PreferredExperience applying architectural visualization skills within marketing contexts (., turning design work into promotional or brand-aligned assets).Familiarity with digital content workflows (asset management, publishing calendars, basic analytics).Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.Working knowledge of brand guidelines and how to maintain visual consistency.CompensationExpected Salary (all locations): $24.00/hr - $32.25/hrArchitecture49 is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it will pay for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to the specific geographic location.
