Job DescriptionLight Duty Cleaner Position Working out of our Burlington Office. Must Have valid Drivers License.Monday to Friday, Start time 4:30 pm. Working with a partner, using company vehicle to travel to clients in the Hamilton and Burlington area following a weekly schedule to clean. Approximately 30 hours per week. Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.  The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion. Driving company provided vehicle to clients locations as per schedule General dusting, vacuuming, mopping Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers Emptying garbage and recycling Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces Spot Cleaning of walls and glass Sanitizing touchpoints Additional tasks as requested Establish positive rapport with clients when possible Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace polici QUALIFICATIONS Effective communication skills both written and verbal Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients Strong attention to detail Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings Works well independently and in a team environment Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires a high level of physical exertion Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required    This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
