THE ROLEAs the Senior Technical Developer/Technical Developer, you will:Ensure that our product delivers a consistent and superior fitEnsure that our product executes with best-in-class constructionEnsure that all fit samples execute on Design’s creative design visionBring life to our product samples to ensure wearable, functional and flattering fitsEffectively manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of technical development THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Technical Developer/Technical Developer has:Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in garment construction and fit and the appetite to continuously develop oneselfA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
