This executive role is responsible for the global product line’s profitability, innovation, and operational excellence. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, sales/GTM, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver a coherent and scalable interconnection experience. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the global strategy for physical interconnection products and servicesOwn the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management in alignment with market trends and customer needsDrive innovation and evangelize product capabilities internally and externallyProduct & Business Management Lead a global team of ~15 product managers, fostering a high-performance, agile cultureManage full P&L responsibility for the physical interconnection portfolioMonitor financial performance, ensuring revenue and cost targets are metOperational Excellence Ensure product reliability, availability, and scalability across global marketsCollaborate with architecture, operations, CTO, and CIO organizations to evaluate and integrate new technologiesCustomer Experience Champion a consistent and intuitive user experience across direct and indirect customer channelsContinuously assess and improve customer and sales engagement with interconnection productsQualifications 15+ years of experience in product engineering or product management at a high-growth tech company or enterpriseProven success in leading global software/product teams and managing cross-functional initiativesStrong general management and strategic execution capabilitiesMaster’s degree in Product Management, Business, or Technology preferredSkills & Attributes Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder influenceDeep expertise in interconnection infrastructure and networking servicesCustomer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering operational excellenceAgile leadership style with a bias for action and innovationEmpathetic, servant leader who inspires and empowers global teamsThis posting is a new position within our organization.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 240,000 - 360,000 USD / Annual United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / Annual United States - CA Bay Area : 240,000 - 360,000 USD / Annual United States - CA Non-Bay Area, AK, CT, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA : 220,000 - 330,000 USD / Annual United States - Other posted locations not specifically listed : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 202,000 - 302,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
