We enablego-to-market teamswith the powerful voice of the customer to drive brand awareness,demand,new business, andretention.Asthe SeniorCustomerReferenceManagerfor Design and Manufacturing(D&M), you will help us builda world-classcustomerreference programthat drivestheD&M businessforward.This role is highly visible and cross-functional, partnering with marketing,strategy,sales, and customer success stakeholders across the organization.You willbe responsible forbuildingand owningthe global customer reference strategy for Fusion, the industry cloud for Design and Manufacturing, ensuring customer advocacy directly supports go-to-market priorities, pipeline acceleration, and brand credibility across manufacturing segments.You willownsourcing and curatingkey customer advocatesforspeaking opportunities atflagship events, includingAutodesk University,our customer conference.ResponsibilitiesProactively source, qualify, and secure customer advocates across design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations leaders who can credibly speak to the value and impact of FusionBuild andmaintaintrusted, long-term relationships with customers, serving as the primary steward of reference engagement and ensuring customers feel valued, heard, and strategically partnered withEnsurealignmentof referenceswith Autodesk’sbusinessobjectives, includingprogram strategy, execution,measurement,andoptimizationManage and obtain customer consent forms and legal reviews, as neededPartner with industry strategy,marketing,sales, and customer successtoidentifystrategic accountsand build advocacy plans designed to deepen account relationshipsMaintainup-to-dateinventory of customer references, including case studies, testimonials, peer references, executive quotes, videos, analyst references, and event speakersReview, manage, and fulfill requestsfor customerreferences tosupport key marketing campaigns and initiativesManage D&M customer speakerprogramfor Autodesk University and other events as neededOwn reference program performance, including KPIs andstakeholder feedback cycles, andapply data-driven insightsand performance metrics tooptimizetheprogramPartner with customer marketing team members to shape recognition programs for design and manufacturing,leveragingindustry best practices and emerging technologies to position Autodesk as aleader in design and makeManage D&Mrecognition andaward winner relationships, ensuring winners are integrated into advocacy programsand industry marketing activitiesMinimum Qualifications4+ yearsrelevant experienceincustomermarketing and/or customeradvocacyMust have experienceworkingin the Design and Manufacturing industryor for a B2B or enterprise company focused on manufacturingStrong understanding of manufacturing audiences and buying dynamics, including the needs of design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations leadersStrongproject management skills, detail-oriented, andresults-focused with impactful execution and follow-throughExperience communicatingprogram updatesand performance to stakeholders and executivesThe Ideal CandidateProven operator–strategist who can seta clear visionwhile personally executing day-to-day work in a fast-paced, scaling organizationDeeply customer-centric, with a strongtrack recordof building trusted, long-term relationships with customers and executives who are willing to advocate publiclyHands-on experience using AI tools and platforms to scale research, customer insights, and program operationsExcellent at collaborating with cross-functional teamsand passion for winning togetherExceptionalinterpersonal skillsandempathy forcustomersand cross-functional teamsApassion for elevating our customers’ stories andsuccesses with Autodesk software“Analytically creative” –ability to consistently applyperformance metrics to strategy, and creative thinking to customer programsCommitment to ongoing learning and application of best practices incustomermarketingAdaptability andflexibilityto changing needs of customers and the businessLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $109,000 and $149,930. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
