POSITION: Secondary Occasional TeacherLOCATION: DSBN Secondary Schools in Niagara RegionRATE OF PAY: $271.81 daily rate of pay (includes 4% vacation pay)SCHEDULE: 10 months per year (September – June) on an as needed basis Position Summary: The DSBN is seeking qualified, and soon-to-be qualified, Secondary Occasional Teacher candidates who provide evidence of meaningful experiences working with children and/or youth. These experiences may include paid, volunteer, and practicum experience. Occasional Teachers work in a variety of schools throughout the Niagara region gaining valuable teaching experience and supporting the needs of students across the system.
