Strive Living Society (Strive) is looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to join our progressive non-profit organization as Support Workers in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) program.The Supported Independent Living Program (SIL) is an individualized program that supports participants to achieve their identified personal goals with one-to-one assistance. SIL supports adults with various abilities both in their homes and local community. SIL workers are able to follow rehabilitation intensive programs, to ensure the individual is working towards maximum independence.
