   Requisition ID: 245849Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. The Senior Manager – Content Management System is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of the organization’s AEM/Contentful platforms and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. This role will oversee AEM architecture, content management, integration, and delivery of digital experiences across web and mobile channels. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, design, IT, and product teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.  Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:•    Provide technical oversight and guidance across Deposits initiatives. •    Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards. •    Participate in Agile ceremonies, advising on technical feasibility and risk mitigation. •    Identify and resolve technical dependencies across teams and projects. •    Mentor and coach teams on best practices, security standards, and performance optimization. •    Support incident/problem resolution for critical technical issues when escalated. •    Drive continuous improvement in processes and technical delivery.  Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
