We are hiring for a permanent part-time (0.60fte) Physiotherapist for the Kelowna General Hospital. This position primarily supports Alternate Level of Care (ALC) with a focus on clinical caseload for ALC patients, consultations, and complex discharge planning. These include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program development, consultation, equipment prescription, and education for clients and/or their caregivers to support functional independence and optimize health outcomes.In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Physiotherapist contributes to departmental and professional goals by participating in quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and educational activities.
