Job DescriptionWhat will you do?Coach teams to focus on attracting, growing and retaining client relationships and introducing the full breadth of RBC partners and a broad range of products and solutions to deepen relationships through needs based advice Recruit and develop top talent; lead successful change management and support the team to deliver a differentiated client experienceDevelop your team’s capabilities including their credit skills; maintain oversight to ensure action is taken to preserve satisfactory operational and credit effectiveness through portfolio management activities and routinesDemonstrate your market leadership by promoting the RBC brand and enhancing visibility by developing and maintaining a network in the business community, working closely with business leaders, COI’s, and community groupsPromote digital enablement with your team by becoming an advocate for ensuring clients are set up to leverage digital solutions for themselves and their businessWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveKnowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment and  familiarity with the dynamics, needs and financing challenges associated with business clientsStrong coaching and leadership capabilities to create and sustain a high performing professional teamAbility to develop and maintain strong business and community networksProven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholdersExperience with emerging communications and technology (i.e. web based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications), and knowledge of both traditional and non-traditional competitorsNice-to-haveKnowledge of a broad array of business financial products and services, such as credit and investments is an assetCommercial Banking and/or Business Markets experience an asset            Post-secondary diploma/degree, ideally in Commerce, Business Administration or related experienceWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
