Job Title: Process Operators (Night Shift) Location: Stouffville, Ontario Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 10:00 PM 6:15 AM 6 Months Contract Two 30-minute breaks (1 paid, 1 unpaid) Job Description: The Process Operator is responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment in a GMP-regulated environment. The role involves running production processes, completing documentation, cleaning equipment, entering data into systems, and supporting continuous improvement activities during overnight shifts. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment according to the Master Batch Record (MBR) Accurately complete GMP documentation (MBRs, labels, logbooks, validation records) Independently run at least two process types and perform all required in-process checks (IPCs) Enter and verify data in ERP systems Troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize settings Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment and rooms per controlled procedures Report processing issues, safety incidents, or quality concerns to supervisors Maintain tools, equipment, and GMP areas in proper working condition Handle material retrieval, movement, and storage as required Participate in Train-the-Trainer program and coach other operators Support Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives, including Kaizen, SMED, OEE, and 5S Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of GMP manufacturing experience (pharmaceutical preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Mechanical aptitude with high-speed machinery Basic computer knowledge (Windows, SAP, MSCA) Familiarity with GMP standards and Health & Safety procedures (OH&S Act, WHMIS) Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Solid math and writing skills (online assessment required) Ability to multitask, plan, and independently solve routine problems
