You will act as the primary finance contact for Personal Banking Operations Executive, Senior Management and will also be responsible for planning, forecasting and reporting costs and routinely review business performance and proactively identifies areas of risk, opportunity and success. What you will do?Provide proactive advice to executives/senior management on business performance, cost trends, early warnings and savings opportunitiesAccountable for all month-end, quarter-end reporting, and forecasting / planning FP&A related activitiesOversee the monitoring, analysis and reporting of financial results against plan/forecastSupport requirements of P&CB Finance and other finance teamsPartner on tracking and reporting of costs and benefits of PCO’s and select platform-wide initiative portfolio, including design and validation of modelling for benefit assessments, as well as support portfolio tracking and reporting of actual benefits realized to multiple stakeholders within FinanceIdentify, recommend and monitor key cost drivers and implement efficient standard processes for the timely reporting of financial informationProvide proactive financial support on business case (PAR) modeling and reviewEnsures the integrity, accuracy, completeness of financial informationConsult, creating strong relationships and communication with executives/senior managementWhat do you need to succeed?Must HaveB.
