They will be responsible for managing the delivery team responsible for delivering services to our customers and will work on ensuring client is satisfied with the services being delivered. This role involves coordinating with various groups in delivering the service, monitoring service performance, and implementing best practices to meet or exceed service level agreements or objectives (SLAs/SLOs).What will your typical day look like?In this role, you will manage the end-to-end service delivery processes for assigned clients or projects, serving as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution. You will monitor and report on service performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations. Additionally, develop and implement service improvement plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and lead and mentor service delivery teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, such as IT, Operations, and Sales, to ensure seamless service delivery, and conduct regular service reviews with both clients and internal stakeholders. Part of the responsibilities also includes identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction, managing budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning for service delivery functions. Throughout all activities, you will ensure strict adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.About the teamThis is your opportunity to work in Operate at Deloitte. And we do it with the kind of drive and passion that comes from loving what you do—and who you do it with.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone with:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in service delivery, client management, or relevant roles.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks is preferred.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in service management software e.g. ServiceNow and Microsoft Office Suite.
