PERKS FUSION SECURITY OFFERS YOU: Competitive, market-based pay rate Extended health and dental benefits Paid training and subsidies for industry accreditations Reimbursement of Security License renewal fees for Full-Time employees Exclusive access to Employee Discount Program Fitness Centre Membership Referral Bonus Program Annual Bonus and incentives depending on performance WHAT YOU WILL DO: High-visibility patrol of assigned areas, on foot and in company vehicles Ensure the security of all personnel, visitors, and the general public Respond against theft, trespassing, vandalism, and fire Monitor property access control Investigate and report suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches Enforce client informed policies Communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments Respond to and investigate alarms, ensuring properties are secure and in order before departing We Schedule Shifts According to Following Availability Needs: Full time: able to work 32 to 40 hours per week Shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Night - 12-hour shifts Mobile patrol team works out of the main operations office in BURNABY , which is accessible by transit Parking provided at Head Office for successful candidate YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Hold a valid BC Security License Have a valid Class 4 or 5 Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract (NO previous suspensions and/or prohibitions) Strong knowledge of Road Safety Relevant security experience Relevant experience in the security or customer service industry Excellent customer service & professional deportment High standard for safety & a passion for security Excellent documentation and communication skills Enjoy working as part of a team, but able to work independently without supervision Additional certifications are an asset: Occupational First Aid Level 1, 2, 3, AST, Etc. **Selected applicants will be required to show an ICBC driver's abstract on the day of the in-person interview. Failure to provide this and Class 4 or 5 driver's license will result in immediate disqualification. Please note that security officers may be required to work extended hours and be part of an on-call team for urgent scheduling needs.
