They are fully responsible for all aspects of the store during their days in charge which includes accountability for both personal and store productivity results. The Store Team Leader will also assist store management with team leadership, recruitment and coaching. Job Duties Assist the Store Management Team in delivering Company objectives and initiatives Meet or exceeds both personal and store sales budgets, daily, weekly and year to date Achieve key personal/store performance indicators Demonstrates and coaches to ensure all Associates use Fundamental Selling Skills Ensures that the highest level of customer service is provided in the store by acting as a role model Promotes the Campaign Goals Sells Northern as a brand by using all product knowledge and the Northern name.
