Job Title: Senior Automation Test Engineer (SAP & Cloud) Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06 Months Exp Required: 8 years Job Description: Required Skills & Qualifications Extensive and applied knowledge across a range of automated testing tools and frameworks such as Junit, Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Appium, WebDriver.IO, Selenium, JMeter, Chrome Light-house, Browser Stack. Strong advocacy and enabling of quality controls using industry-leading tooling like Junit, Sonar Cloud, JMeter, Webdriver.io. Applied knowledge of SAP offerings, including S4 and Commerce Cloud (Hybris). Understanding of programming languages and frameworks such as Java, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Next JS, Tailwind CSS. Expert-level knowledge of testing strategy, test case definition, planning, and execution, including test case tracking tools like Zephyr. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Proven experience with CICD processes and building quality controls into each step of the SDLC. Experience as an ITSM (ITIL v4) evangelist to drive rigor into change, knowledge, incident, problem, and operational processes. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and container registries and artifact tools (e.g., Artifactory, GCR, ACR, ECR). Understanding of REST, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture principles and best practices with tools like Pub Sub, Kafka. Ability to empathize with customers to align testing strategies to their needs and move beyond functional testing into non-functional areas. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and execute automated testing strategies and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test plans. Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
