This Process Engineers (Automotive) Position Features:• Great Pay from $80K to $85KPrimary Duties:· Provides consultation, analysis, evaluation and review of problems regarding methods and equipment, material handling, layout and material flow.· Provides alternative solutions to anticipated or actual technical related manufacturing problems.· Provides specification for new equipment.· Generates time studies, charts and reports· Evaluates and implements projects that reduce cost, increase value and/or improves quality.· Works with health and safety to design process safeguards and improve team member safety.· Responsible for training on the process changes.· Provides assistance in trouble shooting equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production.· Support all new model launch, PFMEA, Control Plan, and TS requirements· Adherence to the Standards of Business Conduct and its’ Values and PrinciplesQualifications Required:· 5 to 7 Experience working in a manufacturing environment, automotive experience is an asset· Problem solving skills· Interpersonal, verbal and writing skills are necessary· Leadership SkillsQualifications Desired:· Six Sigma training· Previous Glass experience· AutoCAD experienceDisclaimer:AI technology is not used in the recruitment and selection process.
