What are your contributions to the team? Lead and facilitate process improvement and problem-solving projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, FMEA and DMAIC to identify and eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency Facilitate Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and optimize processes Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies Develop strategies and solutions along with organizational stakeholders that will increase the knowledge base of the teams around performance management, delivering value to our customers and eliminating waste Be the ‘expert’ that engages the organization to embrace the change and develop the organization to ensure the OE approach is the fundamental way to ‘manage’ the business performance and alignment to the company goals Develop and manage timelines for various projects and initiatives to ensure timely execution Foster a process-driven approach that instills a culture of standardization and execution through effective use of process, aligned KPIs, and infrastructure How to thrive in this role? You have 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in the area of continuous improvement and specialize in Kaizen projects You have a degree / diploma in an Engineering discipline or operations management / administration You are a recognized leader with demonstrated capability in change management You are an expert facilitator with a high amount of influencing skill You have obtained the title of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) or Green belt (must) You are bilingual (French and English)
