Description Position Summary Nicola Valley Hospital is seeking a permanent, full time Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Interior Health team in the friendly city of Merritt, B.C. Nicola Valley Hospital and Health Centre has eight acute care inpatient beds and includes a 24/7 Emergency Department, Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy, Public Health, Mental Health, Home and Community Care Nursing and Home Support and Lab and X-ray. The Rehabilitation Assistant is a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team in meeting the needs of the patients. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients’ progression. Shifts are Monday to Friday Days.
