The role is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of compliance controls and procedures. This role supports the organization’s compliance and audit readiness by ensuring that all control documentation is consistent, complete, and aligned with regulatory and internal standards. The specialist will work closely with process owners, compliance teams, and internal audit to gather information and validate documentation.Position Responsibilities:Draft and maintain detailed compliance control procedures and process descriptions in aligning with internal standards and processEnsure documentation is consistently formatted, clearly written, and easy to understand.Assist in maintaining a centralized documentation repository, ensuring version control and accessibility.Collaborate with process owners and compliance partners to gather accurate and complete information.Participate in documentation reviews and quality checks to ensure clarity, consistency, and completeness.Support the preparation of documentation for internal audits, regulatory reviews, and mock examinations.Help identify gaps or outdated content in existing documentation and recommend updates.Follow established documentation guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation practices.Experience in documentation, with the ability to create policy/guidelines documents based on stakeholder discussions.
