If you have the automotive experience and the drive to excel, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities· Evaluates and implements projects that reduce cost, increase value and/or improves quality.· Responsible for training on the process changes.· Provides assistance in trouble shooting equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production.· Support all new model launch, PFMEA, Control Plan, and TS requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Hands-On Experience: You have 3-5years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (strong co-op/internship experience is highly valued).A Continuous Improvement Mindset: You have a solid understanding of methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis. · Six Sigma training· AutoCAD experienceMust have transportation, and willing to work days. location Collingwood SummaryReady to accelerate your career?
