All helping ensure that communities can focus on improved care for residents while still reaching their financial goals.SafelyYou is one of five most innovative fall technologies referenced in the Senate Falls Report (2019), a winner of the McKnight’s Tech Partner of the Year, and has been named to Fortune’s Impact 20 list, which recognizes companies making people’s lives better through innovation.Your Role at SafelyYouThe Healthcare Business Insights Analyst will be responsible for supporting data-informed decision-making by executing business outcomes analyses and translating healthcare and financial data into actionable insights for capital partners, account teams, and clinical stakeholders. This role will engage with a variety of data sources—including electronic health records (EHR), operational metrics, and financial indicators—to evaluate performance trends, ROI, and care outcomes within senior housing environments.The successful candidate will play a central role in preparing capital-facing deliverables, supporting business reviews, and executing methodologies related to key performance metrics. They will be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable interpreting healthcare and business data, and confident communicating findings across a range of audiences.Additionally, the Healthcare Business Insights Analyst will support SafelyYou’s thought leadership in the senior living industry by helping execute large-scale data projects and contributing to the organization’s source of truth for benchmarking and business research. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment—focusing on financial and strategic insight delivery while advancing SafelyYou’s mission to improve safety, efficiency, and value across senior housing operations and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the Senior Data Analytics Manager by delivering insights from healthcare and business data to inform capital partner and stakeholder decision-makingEngaging directly with capital partners to communicate findings, clarify data needs, and support strategic discussions with high-quality analyticsApplying methodologies and financial models for outcomes research and performance evaluationPerforming business outcomes analyses, including ROI modeling, LOS analysis, and KPI trendsAssisting in the evolution of KPIs and validation processes across outcomes-related reportingCollaborating with account managers and clinical teams to prepare analysis for business reviews and operational strategyResponding to ad hoc and standardized requests from capital partners, providing timely, clear, and actionable insightPartnering with the Healthcare Data Analyst to translate raw data into structured reports and strategic summariesCreating presentation-ready deliverables for internal leadership and external capital partnersContributing to ongoing improvements in analytics workflows and insight communicationThe Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, analytics or a related field2+ years of experience working with healthcare-related data and financial metrics (e.g., EHR, outcomes, claims)Advanced Excel skills including formulas, modeling, and pivot tablesFamiliarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience creating and presenting data-driven summaries for external stakeholders or clientsExposure to statistical methodologies, including regression or survival analysis, is a plusAbility to communicate clearly and collaborate with clinical, account, and capital teamsFamiliarity with G Suite, Office 365, and SlackWhy Join Us?
