Loewen Windows and Doors is looking for an Architectural Consultant to join the Product Marketing team. This position requires excellent decision making and problem-solving skills along with strong time management and communication abilities. In this role you will interact with internal and external customers, so proven customer service experience is necessary. If you're excited to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply In this role you will: Be the in-house point of contact for Architects Provide internal project management on special projects Provide architectural solutions for Architects, Loewen Dealers, Loewen Architectural Territory Managers (ATMs), Loewen Territory Managers (TMs) and Customer Order Services Maintain knowledge of current issues and practices in the architectural industry Review project drawings and specifications Ensure product meets written specifications and is suitable for the specified job Maintain a sound understanding of new and changing Loewen products and policies Maintain an understanding of building codes and practices What you will bring: Positive work experience in current position Ability to work independently (self-motivated) Drafting/blueprint reading and drawing experience (including CAD) Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail Superior customer service skills Ability to build and foster strong relationships Decision making and problem-solving skills The following will be considered assets: Window industry and/or architectural experience Knowledge of Loewen product 3D modeling experience Microsoft Office experience Why work at Loewen?  We have a culture where diversity is valued and where you have the opportunity to make a difference.
