Paladin Security is Hiring a Full Time Day Shift Mobile Zone SupervisorLocation: Mississauga, ONPay Rate: $21.00/hourEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Day ShiftAbout the RolePaladin Security is seeking an experienced Day Shift Mobile Zone Supervisor to oversee and support security operations across multiple sites in the Mississauga region. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills who thrives in a dynamic field environment.You’ll serve as a key point of contact for security staff, ensuring policy compliance, site performance, and team development — while representing Paladin Security with professionalism and integrity.Responsibilities Supervise and support security guards across assigned sites Provide leadership, ongoing coaching, and performance feedback Ensure compliance with Paladin’s policies and client site procedures Oversee and verify completion of daily tasks, reports, and patrols Conduct investigations and complete incident documentation Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure coverage for all shifts Motivate staff, issue commendations, and enforce discipline as needed Communicate regularly with site supervisors and management regarding operations RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications Legally authorized to work in Canada Valid Ontario Security Guard License Valid G Class driver’s license (minimum 3 years driving experience) Clean driver’s abstract Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C certification (WSIB-approved provider) Ability to be clean-shaven for N95 Mask Fit Test (for healthcare settings) Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience Availability for a minimum of 6 months Not currently enrolled in school (must be available full-time) Nice to Have Post-secondary education in Law Enforcement or Security Studies Training in Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Use of Force certification Previous experience in healthcare or mobile security operationsBenefits Competitive hourly wage: $21/hour Overtime pay available Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and other leave benefits Growth opportunities within Canada’s leading security organization Continuous training and professional development
