The role is currently fully remote but may require occasional in-person meetings and events in the future. SalesAchieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomesIdentifying and interacting with new potential Crimson customersEstablishing rapport with parents and their student with an aim to communicate and showcase the benefits of working with Crimson Education above and beyond our competitorsConducting sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner and that aligns with the Crimson brand and culturePresenting and promoting Crimson products as per the company sales process to prospective familiesEstablishing, developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships that leads to positive experiences and referralsConsistent and timely on boarding of new clients to the Student Success Manager teamContacting existing clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimson’s product offering.

Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionContinuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledgeAdministrative compliance when using technology platforms such as salesforceHosting or attending some sales oriented marketing events (mostly online) when necessaryMaintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accountsProviding feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processesBeing a proactive contributor to a generous, close-knit high performing team

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in sales or business or and education oriented field and/or equivalent job experience in sales with a preference for experience in the education spaceA clear understanding of sales fundamentalsStrong communication skills and customer rapport buildingTime management skills and ability to adapt to work on a fully remote team that’s situated across all four US time zonesExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills; experience speaking or presenting in front of large groups a plusKnowledge of the US college admissions process and competitive Ivy League landscape a plusKnowledge of CRMplatforms such as salesforce a plusWhy work for Crimson?
