With one of the broadest and deepest Oncology pipelines in the industry, you'll have the opportunity to work with new and novel drugs and help discover what's next.Accountabilities:As a Manager I, Evidence Project Management, you'll support the Associate Director in the operational delivery and oversight of company-sponsored evidence studies, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality standards. Working with partners inside and outside the organization, you will develop expertise in study delivery. This role gives to continuous improvement. You will also serve as a point of contact for guidelines. For Manager II, you'll take on increased responsibility, leading complex clinical studies and driving improvements across global teams.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in medical or biological scienceSolid knowledge coupled with familiarity of the clinical study and drug development processes, GCP/ICH guidelinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as confirmed collaboration and influencing skillsTeam oriented and flexible; ability to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunitiesProactively identify risks and possible mitigationsDemonstration of excellent project coordination abilitiesValidated capability to collaborate as well as work independentlyDemonstrated ability to set and lead workload priorities, resources, performance targets and initiatives for projects within area of impactCapacity to recognize and advocate for more efficient and effective methods/processes whilst operating with required policies and regulationsAbility to effectively work alongside Clinical Research Organizations/External ProvidersProven track record to interact widely and effectively within the company across regions, functions and culturesWillingness for sharing knowledge and being a mentor to colleagues working at CL D or CAbility to run contending prioritiesAdditionally for Manager II:Demonstrated ability in the Biotech, Pharma, or CRO industry or equivalent.Strong project management skills. Experience in start-up phases is required.Deep understanding of data sources, clinical systems, and vendor management, capable of driving improvements. Strategic attitude, with the ability to supply to the broader clinical study strategy.Consistent record to mentor and develop junior staff, driving a high-performance cultureHolds sophisticated project management qualifications and skills.Extensive awareness and ability to identify and implement essential changes. Capable of proposing and leading improvement initiatives.Contributes to the development and understanding of broader strategic goals.Makes independent decisions while maintaining alignment with the Study Leader.Accomplishes tasks with strategic awareness and in coordination with the Study Leader.Experienced in budget management, as directed by the Study Leader.Experienced in establishing and sustaining productive working connections with internal and external partners.Experience working in outsourced models studies with different CROs, desirable previous experience working in Oncology Business Unit (OBU).Experience in process improvement initiatives or organizational change management.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external collaborators.Desirable Skills/Experience:Advanced degree in medical or biological sciences or field associated with clinical researchFor Manager II role:Project Management certificationWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
